Data Export and Closure
When a required subscription payment fails or subscription entitlement ends, normal application access and invoice sending are locked. The lock page displays your scheduled deletion date.
You have a 30-day recovery and export period from the lock date. Use Billing to restore your subscription or manage payment details with Stripe. Successful recovery during this period restores access, preserves existing data and cancels scheduled deletion.
Authorised account members can use Billing / Export my data to download company details, contacts, invoices and other supported accounting records, including available documents. The archive explains omissions. If your export is too large, contains unavailable files or needs assistance, contact mail@accusolveaccountants.com before the deletion date.
Important: Your business may be legally required to retain invoices and accounting records after your Accusolve Invoicing account is deleted. Please export any records you need before the deletion date.
After the 30-day period, hosted customer data is permanently deleted once the final entitlement and ownership checks pass. Shared ownership or technical failures require resolution; the account remains locked while cleanup is retried. A completed deletion cannot be reversed through billing recovery.
Only minimised deletion, security and trial-prevention records remain. This process does not delete payment or financial records independently retained by Stripe. Infrastructure backup retention is managed separately by the hosting provider.
