Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement applies where a customer/company uses Accusolve Invoicing to process business, customer, supplier, invoice, purchase or VAT data.
The customer/company is controller for the business, customer, supplier, invoice and VAT data it enters. Accusolve Accountants Limited and Accusolve Invoicing act as processor for that customer-controlled data.
Processing is for providing bookkeeping, invoicing, VAT, account support, platform security and related service administration. Accusolve Accountants Limited will process customer-controlled data only to provide the service, support the account, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Appropriate security measures are applied, including login controls, MFA, role-based access, tenant separation, token protection and log redaction controls.
Subprocessors may include hosting, email and backup services, with Stripe handling subscription payments. The current subprocessor and third-party evidence list is available at /legal/subprocessors.
Data will be returned, exported, deleted or retained after closure depending on legal, accounting, VAT, audit and security obligations.
The customer/company must ensure it has authority and a lawful basis for all personal data entered into Accusolve Invoicing.
