Terms and Conditions
Accusolve Invoicing, provided by Accusolve Accountants Limited, company number 16705058, registered office 38B Monahan Avenue, Purley, CR8 3BA.
Use of the service
Accusolve Invoicing is an invoicing and bookkeeping application. Users are responsible for the accuracy of business, customer, supplier, invoice, purchase and VAT data entered into the application.
The application helps you maintain business records and does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Users should obtain professional advice where needed before relying on information entered into or produced by the application.
Account security and authorised access
Users must keep login credentials secure, complete MFA where required, and only access data they are authorised to access. Credentials must not be shared.
Accusolve Accountants Limited may suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, unauthorised access, security risk or breach of these terms is suspected.
Related policies
Use of Accusolve Invoicing is also subject to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Agreement where applicable.
Customers can request data export, correction, account closure or deletion by emailing mail@accusolveaccountants.com. See the data export and closure page for current operational wording.
Subscription access
The subscription includes a 7-day free trial, then £3 per account per month (each independently billed business/account), charged in GBP. Card details are required before the trial starts. The trial is available once per customer account. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing automatically continues monthly. Additional authorised users share the account subscription at no additional charge. Master administrators and accounts explicitly marked complimentary are exempt.
Stripe collects and stores payment credentials; this application does not store raw card details. Use Billing to manage payment methods, view Stripe invoices and cancel anytime. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period while the subscription remains active. See the cancellation policy for details.
A failed required payment or ended subscription locks normal application access and stops invoice sending. A 30-day recovery and export period starts on the lock date. Restoring entitlement during that period restores access and cancels scheduled deletion. After that period, deletion becomes due. We attempt deletion promptly, subject to final entitlement, ownership and safety checks; unresolved blockers can defer permanent deletion. Export the accounting records your business must retain before the displayed deletion date.
