Data security

Accusolve Invoicing uses HTTPS for application traffic, hashed passwords, multi-factor authentication and role/company access controls. Secret values are redacted from application diagnostics.

Stripe collects and stores card credentials. Subscription identifiers and status are stored locally so access checks do not call Stripe on every page.

Hosting encryption, backups and recovery are infrastructure responsibilities. This page does not claim encryption of every individual bookkeeping field. Contact support for current hosting evidence and recovery arrangements.
