Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of access to Accusolve Invoicing does not remove legal, tax, VAT, accounting, audit or security retention obligations.
Users should export data before closure where business or legal records are required. Some records may be retained after cancellation for VAT, accounting, security, audit or legal reasons.

Cancel anytime through Billing and Stripe's Customer Portal. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues while Stripe reports an entitled subscription. Cancel before the end of the 7-day trial to avoid the first monthly charge. The recurring charge is £3 per account per month. An explicit immediate cancellation ends entitlement immediately.
Once entitlement ends, or a required payment fails, normal access and invoice sending are locked. You have a 30-day recovery/export period. After it expires, deletion becomes due and is attempted promptly once final entitlement, ownership and safety checks pass; blockers can defer permanent deletion. Restoring billing within that period cancels deletion. Stripe retains its financial records independently. These billing details do not introduce a new refund policy.
